Funded Groups

ArtsMemphis was founded in 1963 with the express purpose of helping to support and sustain the city's core arts institutions. Raising funds to ensure excellence in the arts and build a vibrant cultural community for everyone is our mission. Today, ArtsMemphis provides more than $2 million in annual operating and project support funding to 25 local arts organizations: Keystones, Memphis Milestones, and Mosaic Grant recipients.

These groups must be 501(c)3 organizations with an active board of directors, audited financials, and a published season of at least three events. The organizations must also submit quarterly narrative, attendance, and financial reports in a timely fashion.

Arts groups who are interested in joining the ranks of these funded organizations must first apply for and receive ABC project funding for at least three consecutive years.
